Ftm and not sure

So for the past like 3 or 4 days my son hasn't moved much I mean he does but not like he used to...he was super active when I'd lay down for bed at night and when I get up in the morning but the past few days he doesn't moved much....I'm 27 weeks and 6 days. Is this normal for his movements to slow down?

My doctor told me that also could be signs that I'm close to labor. Because the baby is pushing more down and is focusing on just coming out at that point.. honestly I have no idea though contact your doctor before going to er just in case! Good luck Ladies ♡

It worries me. I asked the hospital cause my doctor office was closed and she asked if I had ate and I'm eating now, and she said to drink some cold water and to sit in a dark quiet room and if he doesn't move to call then back or come up there.

I mean he does kick and stuff it's just not as forcefully as normal. I just don't want to sit in a waiting room for hours on end for it to be nothing is all :/ I hate the hospital :/ imma call the doctor and see his opinion.
