do u think i'm jumping the gun?

Ok so here's the thing... I am a huge Christmas fan, it's my favorite holiday by far. I love having my Christmas tree up for as long as possible so every year we put it up the day after Halloween. I know it's really early, but my family loves it.  anyway... On to the issue at hand. I will be having a c section on Oct 29 so i will just be getting home and be very sore when i would usually be putting up my tree. Any normal person would just have someone else do it for them, but i am a huuuge control freak and anyone but myself doing it would drive me insane.  would it be just totally insane to put up my tree b4 Halloween so it was up and pretty earn i got home?

Yay!!! You ladies are awesome! I knew i couldn't be the only one :) i just love having my tree up for as long as possible. It is so beautiful an relaxing to sit in my living room with all of the lights off except the Christmas tree lights. I can just see it now lightly glowing in the corner throwing sparkling shimmery  pretties all over while i sit in the quiet with a good book and a cup of hot cocoa :) wow that relaxes me a lil just thinking about it.

Honestly, it's your house! I say do what will stress you the least (imagine having your new baby and trying to put the tree up on their schedule) and do it! Shoot, what's a few days early?

Actually, I say just put it a day after Thanksgiving. That's enough time.

No not at all! I also love Christmas and definitely like putting it up how I like it so I say go for it plus when you get home then you havea beautiful tree to look at and don't have to stress about it getting done. If I could I would keep mine up all year lol
