Every OB is different. My Drs office calls me to tell me when my ultrasounds are scheduled for (I can tell them if the day doesn't work and then they'll call me back with another, but I don't get to choose) however with my lab work I'd everything is normal they don't call. To be honest the blood and urine pregnancy tests they should've told you before you even left the office.

I thought the patient was responsible for scheduling their own appointments? Drs cant force you to go, nor harass you about it. And most drs will only contact you after tests if something was wrong. Ivd never had a nurse say they will call me to set up my appointment you always just stop by the desk and schedule it before you leave.

It is possible they forgot to call you. You should give them a call and ask but usually no news means good news.
