baby shower?

My mom is planning my baby shower. Which is awesome but I think she is planning too much lol she always over does it and this is the first grandchild. Curious what you ladies did for your baby showers? I think she wants to do too many games. But she is happy so idc I am jus curious what others have done.

Yeah my mom want to make the diaper cake as the center piece and as a game . Ppl have to guess how many pampers it took to make it.  2 things in one.  Lol

Yea lol one idea she had that I thought was great is she is using diapers and stuff I can use to decorate with. Like the its a boy banner she is making it out of diapers. I thought that was a good idea.

Yeah her having a part in it will take her mind out of negativity.  I will be praying for her.  I've never experienced it either so my mom is going over my head about it . Say in " oooo look at this and that , what about this , what about that over there . " it's nice to see that they are happy for us.  Lol

Im not complaining jus curious what others are doing or have done.  I've never experienced any of it lol my mom is beyond overjoyed lol its fun seeing her so excited. She has breast cancer and has some more surgeries coming up so its nice that she has something fun to occupy herself with.

This is my first pregnancy along with the first grand baby so I understand what your going through . Lol my mom is doing the same thing . But I thinks it nice and Going to be fun . Just enjoy it Cuz maybe your next child ain't gone get a baby shower like thefirst one .  I'm just going along with it until something I just really don't want at my shower then I'll say something. Lol
