doula
has anyone used a doula? How do you find one? What was your experience? Do you recommend using a doula? I may be in labor alone, depending on a few hap-stances, and would like company to advise and mediate.
Yes she will Coach you during labor but they do sooooo much more they are amazing ,my health insurance contacted me because I am high risk
But I'm sure you could call and maybe speak to a representative are you could look up doula services pick one in your area and see if your insurance covers it

I just thought a doula would coach me during labor. Im so relieved to see they can help with so much more. How do I go about finding out if my insurance covers one?
Yes I have a doula and I love her !!! I got her through my health insurance which is health partners I got her because I am high risk but she has been wonderful I think there is limits on what your doulas can do for you my doula sits and talks to me , helps with laundry , cleans the dishes if you have other children they will help with the children , go over breathing techniques , run errands for you , if you can get one please do they are great to have !!!!
