drinking water

I've been told its very important to drink alot of water during pregnancy.  Im 13 weeks and even before I got pregnant I would not drink much water, sometimes I go DAYS without any water the only fluids I take are juice, kool-aid, lemonaid, but not pure water and since everything makes me nauseous including water I avoid it many times because of that, what can I do to drink more water or any advice out there?? :/

I been having a hard time drinking water out of a glass. I prefer water bottles now.

Trust me from what im going through. Water is very important! avoiding Dehydration is vital. Use a little flavor enhancer if you have to (mio, crystal light) but lots of water

This whole prwgnancy ive avoided water. I literally drank soda all the time or milk for breakfast. Im now 35 weeks (healthy baby) but ive tried drinking more water cause i know it importnant.. it gives me headaches though cause im used to caffeine.. as long as you drink lemonade and koolaid and stuff with water im sure its better then none..

It helps me to drink from a straw, like a cute lilly tumbler. I can see how much I've drank, so there's not so much of a mental component.
