Are there any soft drinks or juice with little to no sugar I can have. Doc to me to cut sugary drinks out my diet here I am on day 8 nothing but water I'm dying for a sweet drink pls dont judge me :( :)

Ok thanks ladies I'll try half water with some minute made juice thats what I'm drying for although a orange soda would so the job for another wk

Clear choice is flavored and carbonated with no sugar and no calories and is usually about 88cents for a 1 liter bottle with many flavor choices.

Try watered down lemonade or any natural juices like apple or grape that don't have added sugars. Also flavored water like walmarts Clear Choice is good too.

Try the half juice and half water with your juices ! I do it all the time :)

I'm addicted to sprite! Ahaha I know there is no caffeine but not sure about the sugar levels. I love cranberry and grape juice but sometimes it's way to sweet so I do half juice half water! Not sure if you'd like it but I love it!
