I heard and felt a pop when mine broke. Kind of felt like a water balloon popping inside of me.

A doctor broke mine with a ruler looking thingy that had a hook on it. I had already been taking potocin for 8 hrs so it sent me straight into contractions so I remember it hurting really bad.

I have 4 kids n pregnant with my fifth. I didn't feel my water break with none of them. My first one I was just leaking little by little, I thought I kept peeing in myself lol, but the other ones my water broke while in the hospital n didn't feel it either.

Some women feel or even hear a pop as the membranes rupture. I didn't - all of a sudden just felt a gush of fluid down my legs and it took a minute to figure out what on earth happened!
