No no no no please no! I don't smoke but I JUST did research on e cigarettes for mu class and even though the pac says no nicotine it still has it. And ithas more niconicotine than a regular cigarette has. It also contains a toxin thats found in antifreeze! So please think before you decide on that
I have a vapor. And love it. I also smoked. The only thing that helped me was the vapor. And it's perfectly safe. I got the okay to use it from my dr. There's no tar in it. And you can get the liquid with or with out nicotine. I have the ones without. If you need the nicotine you can get the one with like the lowest amount it really helps :)
Thank you for the info on e ciggs. I will certainly reconsider! Anti freeze that's scary!
What's a vapor? I need to look into it. I guess for me it is no longer the nicotine cravings. It's just something to do (if that makes any sense) the psychological part I guess.
HOOKAH PENS LADIES. those are the ones without nicotine. It's flavored shisha
There are toxins inside of the vapors! Read up on it!!
And like I said even though it might be labled as non nicotine, it still has it in it. There was a study on it. These are facts.
Thanks madalynnej will consider hookah pen
A vapor is liquid that goes into the device. MY dr told me it is completely safe to use. And they DO have the liquid without nicotine. :) you can get them at most tobacco shops. There are even shops strictly for vapors.
Thank you hawkinsbn I will look into the vapor
I have a vapor (hukah pen) n love it. No nicotine. N it's even pink :) I love vape ape liquid
Do research on e cigarettes before you smoke them. They're not FDA regulated yet.
Thank you mumma2bee!! Overallone I'm keeping that in mind! Leaning toward the hookah pen.
I think it's probably better for your baby than all the junk in a cigarette, but I would only use it to quit. Not regulated, not enough info... they make me nervous. My hubby got one when he was trying to quit smoking and got mad when I wouldn't let him use it around me (I was pregnant with #1 at the time). But I just told him it made me worry and that I wasn't going to make it easy on him to keep an addiction and doing it away from me was my compromise.
