eating habits

I'm 10 weeks with my first child! :) I'm wondering about eating habits, I try to eat as much as I can. I feel hungry pretty much all the time even after I eat and sometimes I feel hungry but the thought of food is such a turn off. I want to make sure I am eating enough so the baby will get nutrients..I'm worried I'm not eating enough. Any advice?

In the first trimester you actually don't need to eat any more than you do pre pregnancy. After the first you only need an extra 300 calories/day. Best thing you can do is follow your instincts. Your body knows what you need.

I am 11 weeks and I was hungry all the time up until about a week ago. I bought a lot of apples oranges carrots and yogurt and they really help as snacks of course you will need more than that but for some reason they really hit the spot.

I eat 6 times a day (3 big meals and 3 snacks). It's always been part of my diet to break down my meals even before I got pregnant.
