Wake up five minutes earlier then you usually do and stretch REALLY well. The faster you can get your circulation moving the better. Eat lots of (well cooked) red meat and green veggies to help boost your iron levels which will help enormously in keeping you awake. Drink more water then you normally do, the extra fluid will help your body move and get rid of lethargy. Go for a walk, even if you feel turns, because the endorphins will kick in and wake you up. Peppermint or honey lemon tea with a little bit of sugar is a nice replacement for coffee, or try unsweetened lemonade.
Bump. I'd like to know some too.
