Oh yeah just like victoria said make sure to stay hydrated but exercise is healthy in pregnant just not too much
U shouldnt run when pregnant intense exercise increases risk of miscarriage dramatically i read somewhere up to 60% of course its ur choice and it doesnt mean u deffinetly will misscarry im not saying that but its not recommended. Dont do any exercise that will raise ur body temp stick to minimal stuff such as walking yoga etc
They say if you did it before you can do it now. Just dont overwork yourself. If you feel tired or out of breath take a break. Dont try to beat any personal records(; and drink plenty of water!!! (:
