extremely dull ache above my pubic bone

Im 17 weeks 3+ and i have this horrible pain i have had it for hours! Trying to get up from my office chair is like I have weight in my uterus its so painful. Ive messaged my midwife but shes not replied yet. Is there any help or advice I can get of anyone especially if they have experienced this? Im to scared to move x

I got that and it was my uterus stretching I Gould it helped to lay on my side with my knees pulled up and have a pillow between my knees as well..

Ohhh hopefully something like that then. My midwife said something similar earlier. I just want this more then anything. Thankyou both for your help and advice :) she said to take paracetamol if its terrible but in to scared to.. is there other alrternitives other then pain killers? X

Ur uterus might be expanding I had that pain multiple times they get worst as u get further along.

Its a dull achy pain its ongoing for a good few hours. Its gone now. My tummy felt hard but only were the pain was if that makes sense. And it hurt when I got up out my chair :s xx

Its fine your going to get this a lot more dont stress im getting one right now as im texing you its just fake Braxton pains and baby sitting low ju st take your time moving around when it happens thats when mine started around 17 weeks but as long as you dont get sharp pains you should be ok does your tummy get hard when it happens
