Drink lots of water that will help alot w.that . I had that at 9 weeks .
Drink tons of water and prune juice (gross but effective). Take fiber supplements and/or eat yogurt (doesn't have to be activia brand, just any yogurt). Call your doctor/midwife when you have time and ask if colace is safe to take while pregnant. It saved my life after my daughter was born to have a good stool softener!
