what can i eat ?

so im 9'weeks pregnant and i cant seem to keep anything down. any suggestions?

I ate hawiian roll (however that's spelled) and drank water or gatorade

I went through the same. .I used to cry bad..evn my hubby cried bcz I could not eat..n I was starving lik hell...but with time things have becm bttr fr me..I throw up but not evryday..I cn eat but only sweet things..juices not at all...now having back aches n ribs pain

Yupp i know exactly how u feel....im in the same boat.....i cant take any pills ive been sucking it up its bad

i hate it i cant eat nothing i get hungry and right after i throw it up sometimes i even cry because i cant eat

U ladies must be lucky....i got it so bad that ive had to go to the emerge lots for being dehydrated.....i cant keep no foods or water down i got it that bad.....im hooked up to iv right now because ive been in so much my veins keep collapsing.....hope it goes away n u can figure something out...my baby doesnt like nothing

Also if you feel really nauseous in the morning my aunt always told me to eat some saltine crackers before i get up out of bed to help with the morning sickness. I really hope this helps cause i know how bad puking *****.

Saltine crackers helped me when i was having morning sickness. Or mints those help also.
