advice?

hey dolls,

Recently found out i'm pregnant YAY!
Me and my partner of 5 years have been trying for 6 weeks after stopping the cerazette pill so i find myself so lucky to now be pregnant with my little bundle of joy!
I've been to see my GP so just waiting to hear back from my midwife now! Been reading all my info the GP gave me lol!

Anyone have any advice for early stages of pregnany?! (my dates work out to round about 4+3)

Thanks guys!

Ria

Deffo starting to feel a little bit nauseous now in the mornings!
I'm taking all my vitamins i was prescribed by my GP!

Always feeling hungry but i'm making sure i don't eat junk food and not too much food either!
So excited to the point where I'm always smiling haha! Even after working 12 hour days at the hospital! Luckily i work in Early Pregnancy so have plenty of friends who are nurses on hand for help when i need it!

Congrats!!!!
Pregnancy is beautiful except the little morning sickness.lol.

^ I agree, start your prenatal vitamins.
If they become troublesome to take cuz they make you feel sick then take them at night 20mins before you go to sleep.

Stay super hydrated! Water will be kind of your best friend.

And take it one day at a time.
You may just be starting this journey but before you know it you'll be at the end, holding your baby.

Congrats again :)
P.S don't be afraid to ask questions whether to your ob/gyn, midwide, or us fellow mommys on here.
No question is stupid for a FTM.

Congratulations! Don't worry about your first appointment just yet. You don't need to be seen that early anyway, it's just nice. You should start prenatal vitamins, ASAP.

My advice is eat when you're hungry and eat breakfast, and probably a late snack. That's how I fought my nausea. Go to the restroom, never hold it.

But everyone is different! Good luck with your pregnancy :)
