finding out the gender

Did anyone else feel more excited & more connected to the baby after finidng out the gender??? We found out yesterday we are having a baby girl! We are so excited and i feel even more connected to the baby kmowing the gender. Im so excited!!!!! Sorry.. I just needed to rant about my excitement. Hahaha! Due: August 8, 2014 19w 5d. -- ftm

My fiancée I believe feels more connected to our lil boy because its our 1st son. I'm happy and excited but I can definitely tell my fiancee is more connected. I'm due April 28th :) 34w+2d yay congrats

I don't feel more connected, but I feel happier calling my son by "him" and Caius, his name, rather than "it". I hated calling him an it!

Oh yes much more connected and excited. Me and my ex are both excited because we wanted a boy. Hated calling Brayden "it" :) glad to call him by his name now. :) congrats on your little girl! Im due aug 7 :)

So much more connected we were calling the baby it am I was calling it a he (really wanted a boy) now that we know it's a boy we can use his name and say son etc now it's official and more concrete :)

I felt so much more connected because i think deep down i wanted a girl but would've been just as happy with a boy. I have a six year old son so i guess i just feel my family is complete now and its a great feeling. I was so happy when i found out the gender i cried!
