My midwife shod once you are about 38 weeks you can squeeze it and then freeze it for the baby. It doesn't cause fever at all. But don't do it too early as nipple stimulation can bring on labour. I've Been leaking on and off since I was 25 weeks and sometimes because I would roll on my boobs funny In my sleep. They do get vains and stuff that's normal. Your nipples will probably also get bigger and darker.

Your milk is producing your fine,don't squeeze out the colostrum it will cause you to get a fever !!
