My doc says lunch meat 1-2x a week and trust the source. Do be sure you check the list of fish that's safe to eat. Some are high in mercury.
Not true. You can eat whatever you want just continue your normal life and drink your prenatal vitamins.
My doc told me that as long as I trust the source for things like that, it should be fine. He also told my husband to ban me from Google, just so you know you're not alone :)
That's all I could keep down in the early weeks and my baby is fine :0)

You will be just fine. The only thing is meat needs to be cooked all the way through. But dont stress.
