You are suppose to limit pop to 200 mg a day . However I drink more than that probably 4-5 pops a day. And I'm 29 weeks with a healthy girl. But if u can not drink it that is best:) congrats to u for being smart and making a good choice! I wish u good luck with everything:)

No one mentioned ice cream or yogurt!! You can have store bought sealed ice cream/yogurt in a tub but not from a deli, no ice cream cones or soft serves that are open in a chiller, I've had plenty of caffeine and my boy is healthy tea was all I could have with morning sickness, also no deli sliced meat like wrapped ham or polony only in sealed packages anything left open in a chiller really it has bacteria on it, stay away from take out Chinese it has MSG and packet noodles has it in the flavour sachets so no 2min noodles
I know i read it wrong sorry. But my doc told me to eat as much as im able to carbs and clear liquids and I can have pop everyday as well as long as in eating healhty. I have a stomache condition that doesnt allow me to eat that much and it has been hard this pregnancy trying to eat all I can for him..

6 oz of fish a week. Fish is very healthy and very good for baby need the omega 3 you can salmon canned light tuna crab legs and much much more. For a detailed list you can google it and its very accurate :-) the large fish you cant have is bc its deeper ocean fish and to mich on mercury. Swordfish shark mackerel ect. Also reg tune say like tuna steak. You mist make sure it is light tuna. Cheese mostly juay avoid bree goat and feta. Caffeine if you must drink at all keep to 8oz a day. Lunchmeat is ok in moderation if you wana be real safe heat it up. Just make sure you wash fruits and veg real well and you should be good hun :-)

You are allowed seafood and shellfish, just limit to 2-3 serving a week and no large fish such as shark, tile fish, etc... Limit caffeine to 200 mg per day, which is about 1-2 cups of home brewed coffee or one medium fancy coffee drink such as a frappe... No soft or mold cheeses like feta, blue cheese, mascarpone, etc unless they are pasteurized... No raw fish, shellfish, eggs...make sure you wash fruit and veggies...and of course no alcohol... Also be careful with herbal teas and green tea.

You're 13 you shouldnt be drinking coffee anyways lol! Clear pops are fine, not mountian dew though. That has caffine lol.
