Caffine, you can have a can of soda once a day, but thats it, caffine should be avoided as much as possible.

Make sure all meats ate cooked well done, avoid pre packaged food- even pre Pre packed salads etc, avoid soft cheeses. Try to avoid take out due to food poisoning risks etc. And try to eat as many fruits and veggies as possible, because the further along you get, progesterone makes your digestive system slow down, and you may get constipation.  You should google it also, you will find alot more info. Goodluck

Uncooked sushi, if you eat lunch meat it depends on who you talk to, if you want to avoid all issues just heat it up/ cook it, certain types of fish you will need to talk to your doctor about.  Stay away from sodas, 7up and gingerale are okay, they dont have caffeine,  not a lot of junk food.  Stick to a healthier eating.  They say tomato stuff isnt good, not sure why so that's something you can look into.  No alcohol of course lol, certain teas my doctor told me to notify her before I drink it, frozen dinners.  Also no tuna.  This is if you're trying ti do everything completely perfect.  Your doctor will tell you everything you need to know!  Just a few thing :)

Not to be rude but there is a teen pregnancy forum! :) only reason I'm saying that is because it might be nice talking about issues with someone closer to your age.

P.s age is irrelevant ladies! She was asking about food, not your opinion on weather her "age is appropriate to have a baby"
