Fresh fruits, vegetables, and things with protein in it. I suppose you can eat whatever u want because thats what i was told so i just chose to be a bit healthier with most of my decisions. Its also okay to have something out of wack because your most definitely going to crave some weird foods. As far as junk food ive never really been into sweets like that but its okay to have a donut or junk food of choice every now and then.
I'm pretty sure your off to a good start already im sure you drink milk and things like that.. (calcium) so alot of the things you eat are probably already starting your babies healthy growth!
