Ladies,
Any of you have forgotten to take your vitamins for a day or two? I went away for the weekend and forgot to take them with me. So I haven't had them Friday and yesterday.  Today I will take one as soon as I'm home. Any real effects?

I didnt take any prenatals with my daughter and she was a healthy beautiful 7lb 1oz baby.

this is my third pregnancy and i have never taken the prenatals for any pregnancy. my kids have all turned out healthy. i dont take meds unless im dying.....

Baby is fine... I took mine on a empty stomach yesterday and I got sick and up it came..lol.. missing one or two here or there will not hurt your baby. You are doing a good thing and taking your vitamins don't stress over somthing so small...

My last pregnancy i didnt take prenatals at all. And my aon turned out fine

I forgot yesterday ! And my husband almost had a cry fest saying it will hurt the baby. Buut ive read and read on it amd its okay!

Prenatals are really more for people with poor diets. In a normal diet you get more than enough nutrients in the food. But if you dont eat the healthiest then prenatals are important to take. You will be fine if you missed a day or two.

I haven't been taking the pre natals that the dr gave me but I've been trying to remember to drink a tea that has a bunch of great pregnancy herbs, but I forget that sometimes too. Baby is still growing fine :-)

Nope ur fine. I forget mine a lot. Baby gets what it needs from u those are just to help u get what u need but it won't affect u.
