need advice
My dr discontinued my folvite medicine and has prescribed obimin multivitamin capsules instead of that. But on its ingredients its not mentioned that it contains folvic acid too with other vitamins. I have read that folic acid should be taken for all 9months... Can anyone advice for the same? I m 18 weeks ftm. Thnx in advance :)
Gobrandiranger i took folic acid till 17 weeks. After which my dr told not to continue folic acid tablet and prescribed another multivitamin capsules called "obimin". But in its ingredients folic acid is not mentioned.
Glad my phone was the hiccup with the double post. I was going to throw it through the window...
I got told to only take folic acid up to 12 weeks and after that i stopped. Im 27 weeks now and my baby is healthy and showed no signs of spina bifida in my ultrasound.

You can ask your doctor to prescribe a folic acid tablet or pick them up at the drug store yourself. I'd say if its not listed, its not included and from what I've heard, the more Holocaust acid, the better. :)
