gender ultrasound

So we had our ultrasound revealing the gender today, its a girl im so ecstatic, and in love, i just want a healthy baby. Where as i can tell my husband is disappointed and i wish i knew what to say. He hasnt said much since the ultrasound but i know him, and i know he's not thrilled. How can i make him feel better, and to be honest im kinda pissed at him for being disappointed since we are lucky to be pregnant at all. And this is a blessing. So how can i make him and myself feel better?

My fiancé was disappointed at first to be having a girl as our first baby but as he got comfortable with the idea and started to think about it he has gotten excited. Now he kisses my belly more often and tells her he loves her so much more. Baby girls are almost always daddy's girls. Once he realizes this he will feel better

He will be excited once baby is born, hopefully sooner but gender disappointment is a very hard thing to deal with, try being compassionate and find out what his fears are with having a girl and try to help ease those fears.
I was afraid of gender disappointment for myself but my husband was so compassionate and sweet and because of his love and support i ended up not having gender disappointment
