Tips to insert Evening Primrose Oil?
At my weekly appointment today another midwive recommended I take evening primrose oil. I'm assuming they are more effective if they are inserted into the vagina. My problem is I'm to scared to reach all the way up there to insert them. Does anyone have any tips that would make it easier?
I took a couple last pregnancy, I was scared too but it wasn't bad. Kind of like a tampon you just have to push your finger in as well, just push it as far as possible. It doesn't hurt, I had my bd do the first one but I felt comfortable enough to do the rest!
Yes it will cause excess discharge since the pill is melting. If your midwife said to take them orally and vaginally that's how I would do it.
The thing is i think mt husband would be totally fine doing that lol. He isnt grossed out by that kind of stuff.
Haha gross my bf would be so grossed out if I asked him to do it. I wonder too if it will cause excess discharge.
I been doing research and heard it really helps with labor when the time starts. It can help make it easier on you for baby to pass through the birth canal much easily. I'm just weirded out about putting pills up my vag lol. I'm ftm and really want to hear advice on moms who have done it b4.
Yes my midwife gave me instructions to take 1 pill orally 3 times a day and to insert two pills vaginally at night. I'm just to afraid to try lol. I was hoping there was an easier way
Uh no don't put them up there unless the midwife said. They are ment to take orally.
