hi everyone.  what do ya'll think of the name Calleigh for a girl?  Does it sound like a cat's name?  Honestly!!! thanks

So ...pronunciation is cal - lee, right?  I think it's a cute name for a girl, but I too had a pet named Callie (a dalmatian mix puppy).  I agree with CatShapedHeart3 tho ...animals should get funny cute names like Squiggles, Mr. Grumps, etc!  I personally like Squiggles!  =D

I highly doubt anyone is going to chide you for the name you've picked.  If someone is rude enough to say, "Why did you name your child a dog/cat name?" find some witty response to say back to them to shut 'em up.  =D  Like, So, does that mean we can make fun of men named Rex ...like the former Pantera bassist Rex Brown?  Did his mom name him after the dog?"

So its pronounced like Cali? I like Kiley.. You could spell it with a C too.. Cailey? Caileigh.. but Cali is okay.. (my cousin has a cat name Cali too lol)
