Swelling question??

Hi ladies...so i been tyring to stay off my feet, since they really hurt if i walk on them to long. Oh and when i say to long i mean like not even an hour, thats not alot and well i thought to myself well i am 31 weeks and its normal, but im thinking it might not be. My feet are very swollen and it seems like my hands are getting a little swollen as well. My rings still fit but i can feel that there is alittle difference. I have my 32 week apppointment next Tuesday...i was debating on calling L&D to see if its normal or if i should go in. Have any of you had this same thing happen??? Is it normal? Im not sure what to do?

swelling is normal specially in late pregnancy, i started getting them in my feet and hand at 33 weeks and my consultant said as long as my blood pressure is normal its normal to have swellings in pregnancy. The advice is cut on salt and drink plenty of liquids specially water.

I'm 9 weeks an my left leg has been swelling for weeks.  My dr said that its normal.  Its due to the increased blood flow in your body.  Eat less salt an try a heating pad.  Its normal.  I just wish that I didn't have it so soon lol.  You could call an ask your dr.  It would make you feel better.  Good luck.  Anita
