going into labor questions..

I have a while till I experience this. .. but I'm a first time mom and I don't really know what to expect..
how do u know it's real labor?

Contractions are at least 5 minutes apart and the pain gets stronger & stronger each time. I gave birth a week ago and the contractions were on my tailbone lower back it felt like I needed to poop but I didn't a massage didn't even help lol I couldn't stay still

the contractions feel like your tummy is getting squeezed hard.

Your contractions will not come and go like braxton hicks. They will get stronger and become minutes apart. Trust me you will know :)
