Is it bad to have a small thing of coffee or a frapp
Yep it's ok. U can have 200 mg of caffeine daily. I get a lg pumpkin coffee once every sunday. It's my weekly treat to myself haha. And I basically cut out all soda. But do have some sweet tea every once in a while. Like today ;)
I have one cup of coffee a day and my choice of caffeinated soda if I'm in the mood for one. A cup of coffee means a normal in home cup, not Starbucks venti lol
