This happened to me with all four of my pregnancies from about the seventh month up until I delivered. Try eating a banana each night before bed and do calf stretches. You can look up online how to do them I wouldn't be able to instruct you if I tried lol. Hope this helps!
I am 16 weeks and sometimes I wake up with charley horse cramp in my leg! Hurts sooo bad, it paralyzes me for like a minute or so..horrible!
also pickle juice helps like if your having one take a drink of it and it will go away really qiuck
Thanks tons! That'll work, I have spinach in the fridge and peanut butter at my desk at work for in case I get hungry. I'll just have to get hungry more often! :)
It might be a good idea to switch from the heels, also to add some more magnesium to your diet. We were always told when I played soccer and was prone to them to eat bananas, but wheat bran, peanut butter, spinach and oatmeal are just a few examples of foods that are high in magnesium. Haven't had them a whole lot during this pregnancy but know they're no fun so hope they get better for you.
