I'm 37wk6d and I'm still working.  I can't sit on my butt for weeks not doing nothing.  I'll do that when baby comes.  I try to stay active so I want go over my due date.  And I still go to the gym.

Take your maternity leave whenever you feel. I'm 39 weeks and I'm still working. I don't get short term disability so this the reason.
