headache
I've had a headache since yesterday it hurts like heck...i took Tylenol 3 times yesterday ad it still hasn't went away...now it hurts worst what do i do...:((
Thanks I've been putting aloe gel on it...and my bf is walkin up there to get my prenatals...and ill take a bath i guess...
Sunburn will do it!!! Get some aloe lotion and take a cool bath. Go grab some prenatals and treat yourself to a decent lunch. Over doing it in the sun is probably the issue.

I haven't taken my prenatal in 2 days cuz i ran out and i am sun burnt...i can try a warm bath...we dnt have a shower...and i haven't really eaten a lot...yesterday i ate waffles in morning lunch a hamburger from McDonalds...dinner ravioli and icecream...:/
Have you been eating an adequate amount of food??
r maybe try a relaxing shower. I love washng my hair and rubbing my temples while I do it ad that sometimes helps. Pure stress can also cause a headache

Try drinking a bottle of water.I know if i'm slightly dehydrated that I will get a headache and feel very "blah"
When a headache strikes:
Rest. Lie down in a dark, quiet room with your eyes closed.Use a compress. Apply a warm compress (such as a hot towel) to your face, eyes and temples — or try a cold compress on the back of your neck.Try massage. Ask someone to massage your shoulders and neck to relieve tension. You might rub your temples, too.If these steps don't help, check with your health care provider about other treatment options for headaches during pregnancy.Most pregnant women can safely take acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) to treat occasional headaches. Your health care provider might recommend other medications as well. As with any medication, though, make sure you have the OK from your health care provider first. Www.mayoclinic.com
