I am overweight a little prior to pregnancy and my doctor told me to stay away from fast foods as it holds no nutrional value.  She told me to eat as fresh and clean as I can. She said not to count calories or diet but just eat healthy and to exercise. Fresh fruits, veggies, and lean meats like chicken etc. She told me the best way to eat fresh is buy my grocerys from the outer perimeter of the grocery store thats where the eggs, milks cheese and produce and fruit and fresh meat is located. She advised me to stay away from the middle aisles as its all processed foods. I decided to go on the 3 meals and two snacks and its workednout good so far. my doc said if I start to get hungry you can break it down to several smaller meals throughout the day. I also walk 2-3 miles on an average of 4 days out ofnthe week sometimes more. I lost 4 lbs my first trimester and im now aboit 15 and half weeks and have not gained any weight so far.  I wont lie I dont deprive myself of the cravings but I never overdo it.  The book what to expect when your expecting also has some good tips on diet and exercise :) Sorry I dont have a meal plan but hope this helps a lil! Good luck! :)
