heated pool
Is it safe to go swimming in a heated pool? It's a warm temperature, nothing like a jacuzzi but it's comfortable! I want to go swim at the gym tonight so bad! And what's the recommended time to be in there?
Thanks so much i feel better about going now! :) I can't wait to go try it out tonight! Long ways away until my d.d but now there's something to look forward to!!
A heated pool is fine. The temperatures of a heated pool are usually lower than the temperature of water you shower in. Most pools are kept at 85°. Just don't go in the Jacuzzi!! Lol. No time limit. I was told heated pools during pregnancy can help because they relax you and can help ease any hip or back pain you might have. So go for it momma! Go swim!
