help! starbucks withdrawls!!

Is there anything pregnant people can drink from Starbucks??? I'm craving it soooooooo bad!!

The chai latte only has 50 grams of caffeine & I love it :-) I either have that or I drink a 10 oz cup of coffee every day (make it at home with my keurig). Some women don't do caffeine & I understand that, too. Just my preference! No pop/soda for me though.

Seriously, all this about worrying about caffeine. I don't think I have followed one of the eating rules since I became pregnant and my baby is absolutely fine. The way I see it is our grandparents didn't know all this stuff and our parents turned out fine :) if you want to treat yourself, go for it!!

The strawberry frapsfony have caffeine but the other ones like the mocha, vanilla bean, any of the coffee ones do have caffeine unless you ask for decaf. I don't believe in decaf I think drinking decaf coffee is about the equivalent of a submarine with screen doors

I drink a cup of coffee everyday, I'm drinking one right now. I didn't for the first half of my pregnancy because I was paranoid my doc says it's fine! But I didn't think about decaf at Starbucks! I will be trying that! Thanks ladies :D

you're allowed up to 200mg caffeine a day :)   so you could get your Starbucks fix lol x

Egh. I don't like caffeine too much anyway lol and omg those sound amazing. I've never had the vanilla. But they have alot of sugar so i'ma stay away.

A little bit of caffeine is fine is what my doctor told me. He just said not to go too overboard with it. I know some of their fraps have caffeine, and their other fraps like the strawberries and cream and double choco chip, and the vanilla bean are cream based, not coffee based. My faves are the double choco chip and the vanilla bean frap with choco chips added! They're delicious!

Wait so caffeine is okay?! I only get fraps because they don't have any. And I like the cool line tea or passion but they also have caffeine.

Last time i went, i asked that they had that was decaf and they told me they can make almost any of their drinks decaf. So you can get just about anything just make sure you tell them decaf :)

Omg now i want a strawberry and cream frap!  I think its fine to drink it, i know quite a few people that had cup or tow of coffee a day and their kiddos are fine :)

If you're worried about the caffeine, you can ask for it decaf. I also reward myself with Starbucks at least once or twice a week. If twice, I'll get a passion tea lemonade the second time, and the first time it's usually a frappuccino or a latte :)

With my last pregnancy I got starbucks once a week. Every Friday on my way to work I'd swing by and the people at the window said "it's baby's Starbucks day huh?" lol and they'd give me a free espresso shot in it lmao. My kid is fine. No crazy facial twitches or anything. And with this pregnancy I drink one cup of coffee every day.

Yes. Strawberries and Creme frap is what I get before going to school. Or used too not anymore.
