I am having THE worst time sleeping! It feels like I've tried everything. I've drank warm and cold milk, warm tea, had soothing sounds, focused on good thoughts... It's just not cutting it anymore! Is their ANYTHING else I can do??? ANY kind of sleeping pills I can take? I am TTC and currently in the 2ww... I am 7 dpo. I don't know if there is anything safe to take or not.......

PLEASE! I AM SOOO DESPERATE!!! :'(( it's 6:12 AM and I am having a hard time sleeping! :((

well last night i tried drinking some hot chocolate then went for a hot bath and lay in it for 40-50 mins clearing my head, out and into bed about half an hour later. i cant remember the last time i felt so relaxed. try walking earlier in the day and not much excercise after 5. if you are napping during the day, do not sleep after 3pm as this will affect night time sleep. ask your pharmacist about pills to take, say you are in the 2ww. they may be the best to help you

I'm not 100% sure if my suggestion effects people ttc or in 2ww, but I took tylenol PM during my pregnancy because I had a lot of trouble sleeping. Best of luck, and hope you get some zzz's soon!

I used Unisom (doctors suggestion) while pregnant when I couldn't sleep and it worked really well.

I take a product calmed 'Natural Calm'. It's a magnesium/calcium drink that my midwife recommended. I like the Rasberry/Lemon flavor and I buy it at the GNC store. I drink a hot cup of that each night before I go to bed and it works really well. You can take it up to 36 weeks pregnant.
