fall down stairs

Last week my daughter jumped n landed on my bump - I went er everything was fine.

Just over 1hr ago I fell down some stairs - only about 7steps -
baby has moved but now my wrist hurts really really badly :(
Is there anything I can do my maternity hospital is only for maternity and our normal hospital won't xray me being pregnant. .. what can I do??
Except ice and elevate?

Thanks ladies... I am worried now.. !

Unfortunately here all maternity hospital are separate to normal .

Goin to get checked xx

Go to a hospital with a maternity wing the er does very little or call your ob and tell them ASAP ...the hospital I go to has a maternity wing anyone that comes in after 16 weeks goes straight upstairs

I was told in my child berthing class if I fall even 2 steps or small fender bender to go to L&D because something inside you can rip off the sides (don't remember what, I was traumatized by the explanation of what was going on) and cause your baby to die. But ice and elevation for your wrist.
