hematoma

I'm 7wks& 4 days. I have a hematoma & I'm spotting dark brown& having pain.  My Dr said it either dissolves or comes out ( Unfortunately, by way of spotting). I'm getting an ultrasound today so hopefully everything is fine.Has anyone else went through this? I constantly feel like I'm about to start a period.

i found out I had a haematoma at around 8 weeks... I went to go pee and as I stood I got a huge gush of blood, which continued to bleed lightly for about 2 days. i went straight to er and I was scheduled for ultrasound the next day. that's when they found the haematoma. i assumed i was miscarrying originally so was very relieved. i had no pain however. im guessing the haematoma came away completely those next 2 days because after that i had no bleeding at all (except old blood coming away for a week or so after)

They found mine at 5+3 BC I started spotting the day after I found out I was preggo so I freaked went to ertey did u/s and only seen a sac with the subchorionic hem. But then went for my  dating scan at 8 weeks still had hem but baby was good they didn't really do much but anytime I had bleeding they did a u/s and since I'm rh- I had to get the rhogam shot 5 times in stead of 2
