It may hurt you to bend over but the baby's perfectly safe. Don't be scared I played tennis and swam when I was pregnant with my first. People told me I would hurt him if I bent to far or did under water flips. The doctor said he was perfectly safe and not to worry. Now I'm on my 3 son and I bent over like normal till now because I can't. But he is fine.
