Personally i didnt think it was as hard as they say. I smoked for 4 years a pack a day and the day i found out i was pregnant i got one last pack (before i actually took the test) and found out, finished the pack, and i havent smoked in 7 months. There are days that its hard but u can do it for your baby!
I smoked a pack a day for a lil over 10 years. When I found out I was pregnant I quit cold turkey. Its hard at first but so worth it. Now a days I wanna slap anyone I see with a cigarette, I can't stand the smell. I know if I could do it, you can do it too. Try gum or jolly rancher everytime you crave one, it helps with the feeling of needing something in your mouth. Good luck
Yes quit now so you aren't trying to quit while pregnant which is bad for baby. Its best to prepare your body now with vitamins and no drink smoking or drugs. Its easy when you think about whose needs are more important I was a regular smoker and when I found out I was pregnant with my first I quit that day because he was the most important thing to me. Its been 6 years I'm still a non smoker so I like to say my son saved my life
You should really quit whether your having a baby or not (just saying) but yes definitely definitely if you re having a baby for the benefit of the baby and to ensure that you are healthy to live a long life for your baby
Quitting smoking would be beneficial especially if you are planning ahead of time.
