hot naps?

Every time I nap I wake up so hot and sweaty. But not when I go to bed at night. Just if I take like an hour nap during the day. Anyone else experience this ??

Yup, I'm glad I'm not alone. It happens to me every time I take a nap. But at night I'm fine. Isn't it weird....

Happens to me when I both sleep and nap. I sleep in a tank top and just underwear with the fan on and I still wake up sweaty. -_- 5 weeks left!!

I take a nap everyday only saturdays and mondays I take one twice since my bfs days off are those but everytime I nap for an hour or 2 it happens to me too wake up all sweaty and really thirsty...
