I'm going into a low income apartment I'm only 17 and he's 18 he's the only one that works I'm concerned on us making it, anyways do they make you pay utilities cuz I'm pretty sure i was told i wouldn't pay utilitys there and my land lady said the utilities have to be put in our name before she can legally give us the keys.

Honey, no worries. I too live in income based apartment housing and I'm a single mom with a 5 year old and baby on the way. I can only live off of public assistance till my baby is one than off to job hunting again. I only get $432 a month and have to pay utilities, phone, internet,  child support, etc. Its all doable if you and your boyfriend stay focused on bills first. Its get hectic but don't let the stress bring you down. You'll do just fine. Keep your head up. And focus, focus, focus. :-)

Yes you will have to pay them unless you get vouchers from the state not sure how that works but my sister lives and housing and has to pay all her utilities the housing will vase your rent on his income but the utilities companies dont
