Swimming, yoga ball, and walking are the safest ways I've been told :) and swimming is amazing when your super pregnant!
Using an exercise ball for fifteen minutes helpe my water break, was the only thing that helped after trying everything. I didn't bounce around or anything, just did figure eight movements, dont stress to much and good luck
I just waited. Seemed less trouble. Worked well.
Light exercise is always good. Please don't try nipple stimulation;it has some pretty big, negative effects.
I've had 4 babies, all overdue, I've tried everything! (Except castor oil) I've only gone into labour after membrane sweeps. Don't torture yourself, I personally don't think anything works if baby/your body isn't ready.
And my water broke after sleeping in at 40+5 after having membranes swept twice as well.
I tried it all except castor oil (because imo, that's just dumb to risk so much) and nothing worked til she was ready to come out. Pineapple, walking, sex, nipple stimulation, oil on the vajajay, you name it...nada.
I tried castor oil.. I know it's risky, but I was full term 40 wks and at my breaking point. I drank a med cup full and was in labor within 4 hrs.. Yuck it's oily!
Squarts, bouncing and rolling in a yoga ball and walking..
primose capsules vaginally, walking, sex can help
