Fiber rich foods like bread and apples help. Also drink at least 10 8oz cups of water a day!(:

Idk about the gas part but I'm 27 weeks and still get constipated but lately I've been drinking a glass a day of apple juice and it has helped so much. I would try drinking more water and have a glass of real apple juice a day (doesn't matter what flavor just pure juice) hope it helps!
