I can't tell the difference if what i feel is gas in my tummy or if it's my baby moving!! I am 17 weeks and one day. Eager to feel my baby :(

Try laying on your back and put either your phone or a tv remote in the spot where you feel it at thats how I confirmed it was baby movement by the little jiggles of the remote from my baby kicking it :)
