i have the feeling im going into labor sooner than later..
I've been feeling a lot of cramping, and tightening pains down there.. way more then usually. The tightening pain is constant and the cramping isn't as constant but I haven't rly been timing it. I'm almnost 37 weeks, last wed I was 1cm dilated and 60% effaced. Are these signs of labor?! Cuz I get this tightening pain whether I'm moving or standing.. and the cramping is more often then it uuse to be...
