Thanks I'm very pain tolerate so i dont feel pain but when I have the "contractions " I have to stay still because it is quit uncomfortable
Contractions feel like tivhtening s in your Stomach and maybe lower back pain... The tightening will come and go and should be quite mild at first and gradually build up so that they are quite regular and quite strong x
