I heard that also! And that's good! I still haven't packed any bags.. So if I went before my induction date then i'd be running around throwing stuff together trying to get to the hospital and probably leave half of what I need at home and then end up sending my boyfriend home to get it.. which I wouldn't trust. Lol.

Lol, try holding off as long as you can though. I heard when you get it too soon, it can wear off and you'll feel evreything. That's what happened to my friend and she said she even felt herself rip. She had a big baby though. I'm going to try to go naturally. And you're welcome! :) Thank you too. I have like 26 days or so left I think and I haven't even packed bags yet, lol.

I know i'm so ready to have our little guy here with us! :) I'm getting realllly scared about the labor pains though. I'm dead set on getting an epidural and I heard it works wonders! Lol. And thanks! I'm excited for you too! Your due date is right around the corner also! :)

Lol I don't blame you! I'd have so many mixed feelings when I got to that point. It'd be worse for me when I had like 9 days ect left. I would be so anxious and ready lol! I would sleep, ecpesially if you have a long labor. You're going to need all the strength and energy you can get. I'm really excited for you! :)

I know I was so excited when he gave me my time to be there! Ah, only 12 more days it's getting so close! Yeah, you're right.. I don't know why I would say anything about medicine helping dialate because he wouldn't bring me in if there was nothing they could do.. lol. Preggo brains! And i'm sure you'll make progress! :) If not you're right your doctor will know what to do! Yeah I think you can walk around and plus I know i'll be having lots of visitors coming in and out.. I might even sleep. Lol who knows!? I'm just nervous and can't believe i'm almost in my single digits! :D

That's good!! :) I feel like it's easier when you have everything set up like that instead of just waiting for a random time baby decides they want to come, lol. And it's alright, if I do not then I'm sure my doctor knows what to do. :) And I know they have stuff to give you to start labor, and I'm pretty sure they have stuff to make you dialate too. I don't think he'd be inducing you even if you're not if they didn't have something to help you, lol. Even if you do have a while before labor actually start, at least you know it's all worth it. :) I think you can walk around and stuff until a certain point too

I know! I know every labor is different for everyone so imma try everything I can to soften my cervix an get dialated! And awh i'm sorry you're not dialated! And yes he's inducing me no matter what because he's already called the hospital and got my time and everything! Gotta be there at 11:30 am. :) So even if i'm not dialated or anything I guess we will be just waiting till something happens. Don't they give you medicine that's supposed to bring on labor? Does it help thin your cervix and dialate you? I have a feeling we'll be waiting a while before anything happens..

I will! :) And I'm a first time mom too, lol! I've heard some moms have long labors but others don't. I'm really hoping I don't have a super long labor, I'd be very upset, lol. And I went to my 35 week appointment and wasn't dialated or effective at all either. (I was almost 36 weeks is why they checked.) I am sort of more scared of the IV than the actual labor part. I've had bad experiences with IV's. I heard that rasberry tea is supposted to soften the cervix, but I'm not sure honestly. Try having lots of sex too, lol!! If you're still at 0% by your induction date are they still going to induce you?

I will! And keep me updated on you your little one too! :) And my due date was Christmas day! Lol. My doctor asked me if being induced on the 19tb was okay, i'm assuming because he's from another country and won't be here for Christmas. I told him I was fine with it. It's only 6 days before my due date and he wouldn't do it unless baby was ready. I'm a ftm and scared to death. They told me first time mothers labors are usually slower so I probably won't have him till the 20th. But who knows! And I went for my 36 week appointment and was dialated or anything. Then this past week went for my 37 and they didn't check. He told me he would check me next week at my 38 week appointment! Imma try to make something happen, by walking! Lol.

I will. :) Thank you!! Keep me updated on how you and bubs is doing. Hopefully you'll have an easy elivery! :) And hopfully he'll come before Christmas, lol. No one wants to be in a hospital bed on Christmas in labor. Are you dialated or effective?

I never really cared for that name either. I have a cousin who goes by Robbie because him and his dad have the name Robert. Do what makes you happy is how I see it though! :)

Lol you're welcome :) Exactly!! Don't let them change your mind about it either. :) I think it's adorible. My mom keeps trying to get me to change the spelling of Christopher to Christifer. I'm like "uhhh, no. He's my son, I'll spell it how I want to!" Lol parents sometimes though.

Thank you! Atleast someone agrees with me! My whole family is set against me not calling him jr, ughhh. They think it's old fashioned. :( He's our baby though so what we think is all that matters!
