please help

I'm really stressed out. I have my 3 week newborn and my almost 3 year old. My 3 year old is very good with other kids and is sweet with her 3 week old sister. I also sometimes watch my 2 month old niece and 14 month old nephew. (i know its too much when I just had a baby but I'm trying to help out). Anyway, I don't understand why my 3 year old just hates her 14 month old cousin. I mean she sees him and her attitude completely changes. She has never been a hitter but my nephew kind of is and he's hit her in the face a few times. So she changed her attitude with him. Now it ***** cause she defends herself and will hit back but she gets yelled at by everybody meanwhile its funny if he does it or its ok cause she's older and she should know better then to not hit back. So she will become even more aggressive cause I'm sure she gets jealous that he's getting away with everything. I will admit that she will be mean with him the second she sees him but I'm wondering if its because she remembers everything. I want to know how I can get them to get along? My nephews mom tells me he hits hits cause he's trying play wrestle. But sometimes it doesn't seem like he's playing and either way I don't think my daughter likes to play that way. And I definetely don't want her picking up bad habits. I just feel bad cause they are cousins I want them to get along. But I don't want to put her in a situation that's always going to get her in trouble. Please give me any advice.

Maybe if you discipline the 14 month old when he hits, put him in time out or talk very sternly or something your daughter will see that its not ok to hit and there will be consequences. Maybe she will feel better about him because she will know that he's not getting away with it. She may be older than him but she's still a toddler and doesn't quite understand that she can't hit back because he's so much younger than her. But then again she may just be super girly like my niece, she does not like my nephew (her cousin) simply because he is a boy. She won't let him touch her toys or anything. She's just a silly kid. They will do what kids do.
